Spaghetti Gelato

A local gelato vendor told me about this idea, which I thought was so unusual and fun! Spaghetti Gelato! You basically push gelato through a ricer (or it looks like a type of pasta machine), and it creates spaghetti-like strands of gelato. Serve with a drizzle of strawberry sauce and white chocolate shavings, and it looks remarkably like a plate of spaghetti! What a unique and delicious way to end your meal!
