Creative and Fun Menu Ideas
Saturday, April 5, 2008 at 3:09PM When I found this blog by Cuisinetc, I only wished I lived in the NYC area so I could use them myself! Not only are they incredibly creative, but their presentation is to die for!! You can see that presenting the food in an interesting or unexpected way really creates that delightful WOW factor! Some of their wonderful kid-friendly menu ideas include:
Nacho cheese station with tricolored tortilla chips served with vegetarian, turkey or meat chili
Peking Orange Chicken over Chow Mein Noodles in Take Boxes
big mama's spicy mac and cheese passed in mini espresso cups
Shooters- kid jello shots or mini milkshakes in hot pink shot glasses
Dessert "sushi" made with twinkies, swedish fish, and licorice strings!
Check out their wonderful blog at: http://cuisinetc-catering.blogspot.com/
Don't miss the Sweet Sixteen menu and the Bar/Bat Mitzvah menu. Even if you don't live in the NYC area, you can pass some of these wonderful ideas along to your own caterer!!

Thanks for the kind words about our catering and food styling services.
Just so you all know we travel around the US and beyond to cater and style events that are as unique as you our clients are. Everything we do is completely customized and we are lucky to be able to work and play at the same time.
Life is good and celebrating family and friends is what is all about.
